Short Bio: Bob Marley was a reggae artist who was a part of, and played with The Wailers. Bob Marley's music was greatly influenced by his home nation of Jamaica, and the religion of Rastafari which also arose from Jamaica. Bob Marley and The Wailers created the best selling reggae album of all time, "Legend". The album was released after Bob's death from cancer, in nineteen eighty four. The album was a compiled list of his and Wailers most popular songs. Bob's tragic death at a young age, is mourned alongside the likes of Buddy Holly, with his fans wondering at the songs he may have made if he had lived but a little longer. A cultural icon, Bob Marley remains one of music's most iconic superstars, and the preeminent face of reggae.
